Veracity believes customer service is an attitude and not a department.To help us understand where we are exceeding and where we need improvement, we proactively call all of our customers one week, one month, and three months after their initial install to make sure we are living up to our promise of providing world class customer support. We ask our customers a series of questions and have them rank us on a scale of 1 to 10. In our eyes, anything below a 7 is unacceptable and we take immediate action to improve our level of service.
